Thanks. The pictures don't do the paint work justice. It almost looks like liquid. He did an awesome job.

I'm still using the 899 shock for now but will probably upgrade to the Ohlins. I'm going to run the stock tires right now then upgrade to slicks when it warms up a bit more. It can still be pretty cool and wet around here right now.

Got a chance to snap a couple out door pictures today. One week to our first track day!!
Man, I'm shocked by the great looks of your bike! Loving the tribute to "The Doctor" :D
Are you going to stick with simply changing the pegs, or are you planning on installing new adjustable rear sets?

Thanks, I'm very happy with the painter.

I'll be switching to rearsets. I like the lightech but am a little concerned about mounting and the need to do some modifications to make them work.

I was looking at those too... I believe the problem is with just the brake side; and that only requires one shim (washer) per bolt to get the clearance needed. The issue I had with them is, I'd like the option to switch to GP shifting, but that is an extra couple hundred bucks if you start with the standard shift orientation. So I may go with the Rizoma Duca Set that can be reversed as a standard option. I may be reading the setups wrong on that though. Still doing research to find what I want.
You started out with a White 899, correct? The tank looks great with the paint scheme :)

Yes, it started out white. I was a bit concerned how the white tank would work with the paint scheme but it turned out good.
