Hi guys,

I installed the oberon clutch slave over the weekend and I am hoping some of you can help me figure out why part of the clutch pull is soft and part of it is stiff. Everything seemed to go fine during install, but I'm wondering if I missed a step somewhere. After swapping the cylinders and refilling the master reservoir, I bled both the slave and the master until the fluid was solid with no air bubbles. Yet when I pull the clutch, the first 20% of travel has veeeery little resistance, and then it stiffness up and has a more normal pressurized feel for the remainder of the pull.

Anyone know whats up? Here's a video of the symptoms.

Did you ever figure this out?

Also, during install, did you have to place the anti-rotation insert from the old slave into the new slave?

The pictures of the Oberon slave show there is no cut-out to restrict rotation of the clutch push rod
