It's one of the settings in the dash, read the manual and you'll find it. It's labelled "UNT".

WHats going on everyone I just bought a 2015 899 from a guy out here in Okinawa. Bike was sitting so I had to get it serviced just picked it up and its running pretty good looking forward to getting some good riding in. Question, does anyone know how to switch from KM to MPH for when I go back to the states next summer?
