Got my new scooter out for more break-in mileage today. had it about two weeks. What a fun bike! Never would have imagined I'd like a superbike this much for a street bike (I loved the 749S for the track, but not some much on the street). I'm obviously somewhat biased, but I love the way this bike looks.

Thanks. Yes, those are TechSpec pads. The center tank protector is from Ducati.

The 899 is for sure a gorgeous looking and performing bike in every way. I couldn't imagine the 848 getting any better but my 899 delivers and then some. Granted it's an obvious move by Ducati towards street ergonomics vs. track, but that's ok by me, I only ride on the street.
