Hi folks! Glad to be part of this forum. I have my eye on the white Duc - Though still need to take a test ride on a pre-owned 1199 for comparison. Waiting for a decent day here in NJ/US. Currently running an 08' Triumph Cafe and an 06' Honda Interceptor. Very different rides to suit my given mood. Has anyone yet purchased the 899 or perhaps has or riden a 1199?

there are more than a few guys on board that have already acquired the 899 and I am sure they will be more than happy to answer your questions. They're a good bunch on this forum so you don't have to worry. But nothing beats getting up close and personal.

Had my test ride a few days ago and put deposit down straight away. Fantastic bike, you'll love it. Can't wait for mine to arrive now
