El esquema es cojonudo, me gustaria hacer un adaptador para asi no tocar el conector del faro 1199s y tampoco estropear los conectores de la 899
Me sonaba que para que encajase habia que cortar algun plastico y eso me echaba para atras, no hay que tocar ningun plastico entonces?
solo tengpo que comprar el faro y el plastico inferior conducto de aire, es eso?

Asi es! Compra algo como este Ducati 1199 Panigale Ignition Switch Connector Kit 6 Way Including Contacts | eBay, estropear los conectores y ya esta.

La mayoria de los 1199s faros que se venden online ya tienien el plastico que conducto de aire, pero si no lo tenga, compralo.

No te preocupes mi amigo, no haya nada de corta menos los conectores :)

Cojonudo, jajaja no he escuchado esta palabra en muchos años.

Muchas gracias por todo Dynasty, me has dado el enpujon me faltaba
Ahora ya para rematarlo dime que hay un gran cambio en la vision y que la luz es bestial???

Por cierto una duda tengo, el faro de serie de la 899 tiene los 4 led pequeños para posicion y luego los extremos del foco son las cortas

el faro de full led como va? cortas son en el centro y largas en los extremos
posicion son tambien 4 leds pequeños o son las mismas que cortas

Can anyone tell me, with cars, headlights have different beam patterns between LHD and RHD markets/countries..
Is this the case with motorcycle (specifically Panigale) headlights?
I'm going to assume for the paniglae at least, it doesn't matter. For both my stock headlights, and when I installed the LED headlight, the beams are even from the left and right side, unlike on my car where the left one is lower for oncoming traffic.

Installed some diodes so low beam stays on during highbeam.

Thinking about it now, you could install diodes into the loom under the LH fairing, which is easier to remove and get access to than taking the front faring off.



All done.
Install looks so much better and clearer if you use the OEM type plug

air duct

Hello, Thanks for the great write up! To all that has done this mod, I am in the process of getting it installed and my led headlight did come with the air duct but I noticed the mounting points for the bolts that go through the air duct are different than on the base 899 headlight, the led air duct has 1 center point and the base headlight has 2 for one on each side. Did this affect when reinstalling back on to the bike with the mudguard that is below the headlight?
