Hi ya'll ! I put a deposit on arctic white on march 23 and still waiting on the delivery. Called the dealer last Friday and asked them and they said that the bike left the wear house in Italy but they don't have more information as far as when it's going to make it to there dealership . How long it took the delivery on your bike ? I feel the dealer ordered the bike after I put the deposit Even though they told me the bike was on it's way the day I wrote them a check for $1000 .

When I bought mine here in Cali back in January, the dealer had it in stock because another buyers financing fell through and I came along right after.

Is there really that long a wait for these here in the US? I figured most dealerships had them in stock. Do bike dealers not trade inventory like car dealerships to get a vehicle to a customer sooner?

I ordered mine on FEB 22, I got it in three weeks. I could have had it sooner, but I told them to take their time due to weather.

The day I put the deposit down my dealer told me there was not even one white 899 in the whole SE . They have 3 red but there was a demand for white ones . What pissed me off was that they told me that was on its way but it turned out it was not...I got approved tor loan in 30 min but because it's been more than 30 days I'm going to have to reapply again which takes points out of my credit score for something that is not my fault . Any ways hopefully I'll get it THIS riding season

Bike is a hot item right now. Doubt a dealer will do a trade. Here dealers only get 2 899's for 2014. Different in the U.S I'm sure. Bikes pretty much going for msrp so dealer that has the bike wants the profit.

Mine took 2 weeks in the uk in December last year. The demo bike came in on the Friday. I rode it on the Saturday and ordered it there and then to get the termi deal they had if you registered the bike before 31 December.

My bike is taking a day to be delivered, only because I didn't have a way of getting my car home and it was too close to closing for my family to come get it from me. My dealer has both red and white in stock.

My last bike was white so I got a red Panigale, same day. I wouldn't wait more than a week for the opportunity to pay more money, I'd rather be riding.
I put a deposit down on my bike, and then left for a 3-week business trip. The most agonizing part was that it was in southern Cali, so every day I had to watch everyone else ripping around on their bikes in 70 degree weather. I picked it up the day I got back, only to have it sit in the garage because of rain/sleet for the next week.

In that case, I would do the same thing. The weather sucks here too so I feel your pain!

I order my bike here in HK on 19th September and because the dealer had sold the first one they got in, they specially ordered one from Italy. It took about 6 weeks and took delivery on 23rd december. Nice christmas present for me! It was amazing for them to organise it......maybe due to the fact I kicked up a bit of a fuss!
