Hello all, received my white 899 last week from the wonderful folks at NPR Ducati (worth the drive from Atlanta!) along with tall windscreen and some Rizoma swingarm spools. I was sad to trade in my SF848, but no regrets as I'm supremely happy with the new bike (especially in race mode). Now to get past this pesky break-in period which I'm following, at least in spirit...

Georgia peaches are great, but I grew up in Cali so I always drink my tea unsweet

Still working through the break-in period, thinking about getting a fender eliminator and some new lights but still deciding which. I had the rizoma FE and DP lights on my SF848 - the look was great but it left some angle for back spray from the rear wheel onto the back of my jacket (just a little). Thinking about the DP FE for the 899 since it seems to extend farther but looks better than stock. I also like enclosed wiring...

I just put 500klms on my bike yesterday and it is an amazing bike.
Probably just need rearsets as the stock ones are quite low which means alot of weight is put onto my arms.
