My front wheel is currently making a slight scraping sound at a specific spot.

Here is a video of the sound (ignore the high-pitch tire rubber squeaking).

At 0:22 I use the zoom-in microphone to make it louder.

Last week I hit a pothole on the bike, could this sound be from a bent wheel or bearing?

Difficult to say from a video, but it sounds like a rotor rubbing against the pads... try to isolate where the noise comes from, you can push the caliper pistons back to make sure the pads don't touch the rotor, and see if the noise is still there or not.

It does need to be greased
What, exactly??? Second reply from you (out of a total of 3 you did on this forum) where you give short and inaccurate answers. If you don't want to take the time to read the original posts and articulate your thoughts, just don't reply.
