Has anyone gone with a 14 tooth front sprocket replacing the stock 15T? If so, how did you like it and was there any affect on the speedo/odo output?

Gearing changes won't affect the speedo since it runs off a wheel speed sensor. Changing tire sizes is the only thing that will alter the speedo. Changing gearing WILL have an effect on DTC and EBC however, they're optimized for the stock gearing. 14/44 gearing would be REALLY short, so unless you were looking for massive 2nd gear wheelies I don't see the point, everything else about the bike would be worse with it geared that short. It's already pretty short at 15/44 stock, look at the 1199 and it's 15/39 sock.
