Does anyone know if the speed data for the 899 comes from the wheel speed sensors or the GPS in the DDA+ info?

I have a somewhat related question...after the Termi UpMap is installed, is the speed displayed still a little "optimistic"? If so, what is the % that it is off?

In general I think in stock condition 6-8% is pretty common for a Ducati. So 60 mph on speedo is somewhere in the neighborhood of 56 mph actual speed.

Just checked my data from the Solo-DL on the last track day: 116.4 mph on the GPS is equating to 121.4 mph on the rear wheel speed. My front wheel speed is quite a bit off because I'm running a taller 125-profile front tire, it's showing 111.8 mph.
