This morning I went out to start my bike & it wouldn't disarm. Just thought I would give people a heads up if you have had it installed. Apparently after 36 hours of none use the alarm enters standby mode. it is still armed in this mode but it will not respond to the key fob.
To get it to work you have to turn the ignition on. This will cause the alarm to make few low level chirps at this time you push the disarm button on the key fob & you are good to go
I got caught out by this, this morning which delayed my leaving time. Hope this helps anyone with this alarm

I agree with you Monty. GPS tracker is your best bet at recovery and keeping insurance down but at the end of the day if they want it they will take it and there is nothing you can do about it.

And who pays attention to alarms anymore?......going off all the time round here. Was more often when I had the 848 with Akras on it!
At least with tracker they will find it....in how many bits is another matter!
