Greetings! I don't have a Panigale but I think it will be my next cycle purchase (and hopefully soon)! I'm located just south of the NC border in SC (about 20 minutes from Charlotte). I currently ride a Kawy Concours 14:


But I'm no stranger to Euro bikes. I've owned a 93 Monster 900, Aprilia Futura, and a KTM Superduke (miss her deeply). My father is also a big Ducati guy. Oh, and I have a dog named Desmo:


I look forward to wealth of info I'm sure I will get from this community. And I will add my 2 cents where I can (what else are forums for ).

Welcome to the forum, you won't regret it if you take the plunge and go for an 899, it would remove all memories of the super duke!!!

Thanks everyone! The real decision for me is to sell the Connie or keep her. I go back and fourth. I technically could afford both and the connie is such a great bike all around, especially when it comes to two-up and long distance touring. On the other hand, its a lot of money and I must ask myself, would I really ever ride the connie when I have a shinny red ducati looking at me in the garage? Decisions, decisions....
