I don't foresee any "fancy" paint scheme 899 coming for 2015, but I wouldn't doubt a dark one. Just guessing, no official info has come out yet but based upon past history that's what I'd expect. I could be wrong of course!

I would think there would be a corse eventually. Maybe the bling elements of the base 1199 like the dash and maybe a ohlins rear shock.

I just want LED headlights and full color dash, that's all I'm asking for.

Ducati already said no S or R, I don't know why we keep seeing this rehashed all the time.

I really doubt they'd put the color dash on an 899, the ECU would not work with the color dash.

The 848 is a good gauge for determining what Ducati may put out for future versions of the 899.

I broke down and decided to start building my own 899R...

I still have a lot to do and much to add! I would love to add the aluminum tank from the 1199R and LED headlights!

To be an "R" you have to crack open the engine too!

This. I just want the LED headlight to be honest. I didn't actually like the color dash when I rode the Monster 1200, it was washed out in the sun (but maybe it's better under the Panigale's windscreen).
