My friend is an avid do-it-yourself-er, and he made this website where he has some how-to's for his 1199 Panigale. I thought it may be of some use to us here. I'm planning on following the Tail Tidy and Charcoal canister removal.

Concerning the canister: I can not open the last picture. Isn´t it necessary to install a normal fuel filter in the line between tank and intake? Otherwise you can have problems with blocked injectors ...

I don't know, but I would like to know before I take the canister out...

That's got to be one of the first things to go, along with the stock plate holder.

I'd love to know how to do every job on my bike after the warranty has ended. Its all about spending quality time changing the sparks plugs,oil etc then riding it makes you feel so much better. Love it.
