Rear linkage bolt & Spacer removal stuck

The parts 77211361AA Bolt (T60) and 71319421A Spacer are stuck to the rear rocker arm rh, linkage .

Any solutions on getting this unstuck? I've tried putting it in a vice grip and using an impact wrench with a T60 but there is no budge. It's not rotating the spacer or the bolt. It's FIRM. I'm not sure if it's completely seized and if so, what compounds should I try to separate them before ordering them from my Ducati dealer.

Did you guys have an easier time than me?

By now I assume you have found a solution. If not, try with a heat gun: not sure what threadlocker Ducati uses, but they normally lose their strength at high temperatures (example).
