What slave cylinder?

For people that have done the mod, what brand slave cylinder/size piston did you go with? I want to lighten the pull a little bit after installing shorty levers.

I plan on doing this myself, never bled lines before, but looks pretty simple. If anyone has input on what fluid to use too that would save some research time.

Thanks!

I went with the Oberon slave. It has a 29mm piston I believe. I got it from MotoWheels.

The clutch pull is perceptible lighter than stock, but not by a huge margin.

Neutral is definitely more difficult to find, especially at a stop.

Thanks. Motowheels is in my home town, so I might just go over and pick one up. Looks like an easy swap, so if I don't like it, I can always change it back.

Do you just have to bleed the lines or do you have to do a full flush of the clutch fluid?

I'd love to know which slave will give me the same ability to select neutral but one I'm not having to bleed so often it's getting old

I installed the Oberon too. When you did it did you get extra “play” in the beginning of your clutch pull? My bike shifts properly and I can’t bleed any air from the line but I got a lot of extra play in the lever after installation.
